promo plan

I do not bank with one of the listed banks that plaid uses. I entered my bank details manually and saved them, but just got a text saying I didnt qualify for the 10$/month off my plan because I did not complete the auto-pay setup by bank. I cannot figure out how to do this. Is it only available with the listed banks?

There should be no restrictions. Did you make sure to put in the correct transit, institution, and account numbers for your chequing account? https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/setting-pre-authorized-payments

Have you followed up with your bank to figure out if there are any authorization rules on their end, which may result in your payment being rejected?

Hi ​@Seth9, the SMS may have been related to the original pre-authorized payment setup via credit card. We can see you’ve registered for automatic payments via bank draft now on an eligible plan. You should see the discount starting with your next bill.
