prestige $25 billing

New customer and the 2 lines ported in got billed $25 prestige number billing so both lines are $25 a month more than the contract rate 

Can't find anything on what that billing is

Hi ​@Hobbes, our apologies for the port misunderstanding. We’ve checked the account and were able to apply a $50 + tax credit to your account. The bill will not be re-issued but you can check the updated total in your self serve under the Pay Now section. Thank you for your patience, we hope you enjoy your new services!

Can you elaborate on the issue? Are you able to provide a screenshot of your bill showing a detailed list of charges? Make sure to remove any personal details, as this is a public forum.

Both lines have this $25 prestige number charge added to the month

According to the Koodo page, it is a charge that is added when you requested a search for a specific phone number when you activated your account or if you changed your number. Did you specifically ask for this number?

No 

I ported number a first then on once set up ported number b

 

Their webpage for some reason ported number b on top of a instead of being it's own line

Customer service identified the issue and fixed it ... No mention of charging to fix a webpage issue
