Prepaid payment failed, now I cant get in

Due to an unauthorized charge on my account and the subsequent hold on the card, my Koodo prepaid payment didn’t go through this month.  I can’t seem to log in (getting the ‘you have to change your password due to new rules’ and then the unauthorized login page) and I don’t know how to get it reactivated.  Help?!

Have you tried clearing the cache and cookies on your browser?

If you are ok with your base plan, you can just call 611 and add funds to your account over the phone for now

I don’t think I can make any calls though because my payment didn’t go through so I don’t currently have a plan? (Or can 611 somehow still be reached without the plan?)

It is a toll-free number so you can still make the call even if your account is suspended, or at least you should be able to.

Alternatively, you can either setup a callback using koodo assist using a different number and have a rep take a top-up over the phone. Similarly, you can reach out to a rep through Koodo’s social media pages Facebook and X and have a rep there do the same thing or go to a Koodo booth or Telus store and have them do the top up and unsuspend the service.

If you choose the social media root, you can direct message them by finding the correct profiles at the bottom of this page and by clicking the associated logo.
