My $5.00 Pre-Authorized Payments Discount hasn’t been applied to my last two bills. Or at least I don’t see it on my bill, and my bill was more expensive.

Hi there,
We have looked into it and we can confirm the discount for pre-authorized credit card payments has been discountinued, as per the notice on the September bill.
We recommend checking the PDF bill for September, page 7 for details.
If you switch to pre-authorized bank payments, the discount will start applying again.
