I swithed monthly cell plans on both phones in my account and signed up for pre authorized payments. My latest monthly bill does not have the discount for pre authorized payments, nor is it sowing on my bill when I look at it online. Why am I not receiving the discount that was advertised on the Koodo sight for the cell plan?

I have it resolved. A Koodo rep contacted me. Apparantly I was mistaken about my billing cycle periods.
Did you set up auto pay by bank account or by credit card?

To confirm, did the plan say that the discount was for auto pay by bank account? As if it did and you setup pre-authorised payment but not using a bank account, you will not receive the discount.
Also commonly, if setup correctly, the discount will begin showing on the next billing cycle as koodo do not provide partial credits for the discount. This may explain why it did not show up if you did setup autopay via a bank account.
It was set up with a bank account. It shows on my account info on the Koodo sight that it is set up.
Did you switch plans and add the auto pay by bank account part way through your billing cycle / after the bill had already been issued?
