pre-authorized payment drops for no reason 4 months now

pre-authorized payments have neen taken off my account for the last 3 or 4 months now. I checked my cards to make sure they weren't anymore good. I've tried 4 cards from different institutions and accounts. Anyone help please. reply here or email me at d***@***.com. thank you

What exactly is the issue?
You’re applying a card to your account for pre-authorized payments but Koodo isn’t charging the card come time for the bill to be paid?
