Pre authorized discount not applied

For several months I received a $10 credit because I had pre authorized payment from my credit card. When this was not applied on the previous bill I did a call back and was told that this now requires payment from a bank account. So I switched the account but now the new bill still has no credit even though the last payment was already pulled from my bank account. Seems I will need another call back?

So you have a new bill with a full billing cycle since the change made, and you still don’t have the PAP discount applied?

Yes. And the call back operator said all I had to do was switch to bank account.

We have looked into it and according to the plan details, it is not eligible for the autopay discount.

You would need to switch to one of the eligible plans to get the autopay discount.
