I signed up to my plan in December 2025, and entered my pre-authorized payment to receive the $10 monthly discount. I updated the payment information late January (which had the $10 discount). Now I received my February bill and the $10 discount is no longer applied. Why?

We have managed to access the details and based on the details, we see that the current payment method is not eligible for the the autopay discount.
In order to receive the discount starting with the next bill, you would need to switch to pre-authorized bank payments, more info about how the autopay discount works can be found here
