pre-authorized discount eliminated after updating billing information

I signed up to my plan in December 2025, and entered my pre-authorized payment to receive the $10 monthly discount.  I updated the payment information late January (which had the $10 discount).  Now I   received my February bill and the $10 discount is no longer applied.  Why?

We have managed to access the details and based on the details, we see that the current payment method is not eligible for the the autopay discount.

In order to receive the discount starting with the next bill, you would need to switch to pre-authorized bank payments, more info about how the autopay discount works can be found here

We have been unable to identfiy your community account based on your community profile.

Please log in using the Self serve login option in the community login page and let us know once done

The above login does not show up for me.

When I first signed up with Koodo, I could not create and login to the community with my self serve account.  I did request a call back support at that time and this was the only option I got (using and alias).

I am currenlty logged in to the self service portal.
