pre-Auth issue

I have my account setup to pre-auth from my banking account, but the $10 discount is not applied to the bill. Pls clarify on this issue… thanks

Once you set it up, you should see the discount on your next generated bill. Any existing bills/charges will stay as is.
When do your bills come out and when did you sign up for pre-authorized bank payments?

Hi Allan, I have  sign up for pre-authorized bank payments on Dec 16th 2025

Gotcha, so with it being so recent I imagine your billing cycle hasn’t reset yet so you should see the discount displayed on your next bill.
