A bit confused as what happens next as I've already ported out. Does Koodo just keep the credit on my account forever, or will they refund it to my bank account?

Ported out and I have a bill credit of $10 still, what happens now?

I assume that is the amount after you paid the final bill (the bill generated after cancellation).
For remaining credit, they will refund it to your PAP if you set it up. If not, they will send a cheque to your address on file with Koodo. More can be found here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/your-koodo-bill-after-you-cancel?
