Hi!

My account number is 4***11 and I switched to another carrier during the BF 2024.  I requested on Jan 6/2025 why I haven’t received my refund for the overpaid amount under $5.  Thanks!

Why, when I owe Koodo less than $5, am I compelled to pay in any way? If I don't pay, Koodo will report me to credit agencies and debt collectors , or I will be blacklisted, which will create issues for me .

When Koodo owes me, they give me a reason why they can't process it because the amount is under $5, even though my request is valid .

This is unacceptable and should act as a warning to Koodo customers or anyone who plans to use Koodo's services.

**Perhaps everyone believes that the number is too small without considering that, with so many customers, the amount of money they earn is quite good.


@THT, I wondered what the issue was with you. Now that you explained it, I think you make a very valid point. It should be a 2 way street. Wrecking a persons credit rating over pennies, just ain’t cool, when they ignore those pennies owed to you, if that is their game.
