I switched plans to a more expensive plan recently. My bill this month has the monthly charge for the price of the more expensive plan and then it also has a partial charge of a prorated amount of the difference of the two plans. so I’m paying double for switching my plan this month.
Please charge for the old plan value this month and the partial prorated amount on top of it.

From what I saw, the bill looks correct.
I think the confusion is from the $10 credit that you didn’t receive in the partial billing cycle (from Nov 30 to Dec 25). Hence, your plan is $50 (instead of $40 after the credit). That is normal since the Koodo credit rule didn’t apply credit for a partial billing cycle.
From Nov 30-Dec 25: you are charged $5.20 of the difference between the old plan of $44 and $50 (without credit).
From Dec 26-Jan 26: you are charged the full price of $40.

my bill page 3 is above. Page 4 the total is $0.00
The link you posted, the example is correct, it uses the old plan value for the month plus the prorated charges. My account is using the new plan value plus prorated charges.
