plan increase

I have an increase in my monthly rate plan. Self Serve billing shows I changed my plan. I DID NOT. Is this just a normal rate plan increase?

Hi there,

Can you share a screenshot of the plan change? Please blur out any personal details.

Besides that, when you download the previous month's pdf bill, do you see a notice of the plan price increase? Its usually in smaller print on one of the pages. I suggest you review this.

Did it increase by $7? If so, that is correct. You can refer to the section in small print at the bottom of the last page of your previous bill notifying you of the rate increase.
