Do you just want to cancel your plan? Or do you want roaming? You said you have a high bill. Is this from roaming?

I have friends from Poland that mentioned freedom mobile. do you guys have a similar plan? If someone reaches out to me and helps me regarding this issue ASAP I would like to stay with you, but the bill is unreasonable as I have had issues the whole time during my travel. What exactly happened on your trip?
Thank you for looking into it as it has charges when I didn’t have service. Also days when I turned my international data and roaming off. I have logged into my account. Cost is totally unreasonable especially when other companies charge under 100 for international usage and I have been charged 4x that cost. I have been a customer for approximately 10 years . I have tried to reach out for help from you all since November 2024

Hi George, I tried reaching out via phone but callbacks would say you called but there was no notification on my end till I received voicemail and no, my phone was not on silent
this happened multiple times. I tried email as well. One time I got through to a representative in beginning of November who said he would help but there was no help. I tried reaching out to mangers as well and Telus but still the situation remains the same. Thank you for providing more options

Are you roaming right now? if you received voicemail to your number, make sure Koodo number 866 wasn’t blocked. Additionally, many phones (Samsung, Pixel) has extra feature to block spam calls, make sure that is turned off.
