payment through bank due date.

hi, I've paid my bill through the bank account (pay now option, not with the pre-authorised payment).

However, it kept showing the amount I have to pay and I assume I need to give a couple of days till the payment is processed. 

1. Does the “Tell us you've paid this balance” option only show after the due date? cuz I currently can not see it.
2. How long does it normally take til the koodo receives and confirms my payment? (my due date is in 3 days)
