I would recommend you download the bill and submit. It is pretty much standard practice for all major carriers in Canada.

so in your self serve you can actually view and print up to 18 months of previous bills. Anything past 18 months you will have to schedule a call back with a rep and each invoice will be $15. Steps to do this can be found in the link. I hope this helps 🙂👍

I meant a clean list of actual payments made with amount and date that I can pdf once a year in 1-2 pages.
There is no such list, but you can refer to your payments by clicking the billing details and saving a PDF copy of your account history.
