You can just extend your payment arrangement right in Self Serve: log in, go to the Payments section, and select “Change payment date” or set up a new arrangement.
Tuesday Dec 23 works as long as it’s within your plan’s flexibility (usually up to 21 days out).
If it won’t let you, you can call #227.
