I just got the email in which the charges show very high for this month, on that regarding, I want to talk to a koodo agent on a phone call but koodo assist is telling me that my number is not matched, so can you please schedule a phone call with any koodo representative?

Hi, Is it your first bill?

If you have access to selfserve, you could download your pdf bill. Check the page 3 and 4 of it, it should have the detail breakdown of their charge. I would recommend you do that first. If you still need help, you can always comeback here and someone maybe able to explain.

Of course, I checked that and it doesn’t make sense to me, please connect me with koodo rep, it’s showing me on koodo assist that my number is not matched

I’m literally regretting my decision to start the services with koodo again, like I swear men.

This is customer forum though. We can't help with a call back here here. 

When you said it is not match, if you are a new customer, did you use a temporary one or a transfered number? 

As well what was your plan and was the amount mentioned in the page 3 and 4 on the pdf bill, did you receive any credit?

Why dont you post a screenshot of the Mobile Services section and we can review the bill for you.  Make sure to black out any personal info
