Hi. I have a really important question! I have a prepaid card, e-sim and I don‘t have a canadian bank account. So I have to pay via Vanilla Prepaid Card. I know how much I have to pay but I can‘t see my bill. How should I do that??? Billing cycle is 28th June. I don‘t know how to do that and I don‘t want to pay extra!

When you login in the self serve, do you  see an amount owing?


@naomigaberscek You do not have an invoice generated yet. We will notify you by SMS and email when the bill is ready and can be paid.

As far as the Vanilla card, pls make sure is registered on their site to the same address as your Koodo account. Not all prepaid cards will work either, yours may or may not.
