pay my bill oversees

I’m trying to pay my phone bill (prepaid customer) but I’m in Barbados right now.  The new Koodo security feature sends a verification code to my device in order for me to login which I can’t receive since I’m not in Canada… my overdue bill is going to exceed 3 months and I’m going to lose my number! HELP! I need to fix this today !

It is tricky as Prepaid service support is limited over the forum.

Do you have access to a Canadian number so you can get a call back from them while staying there? if you don’t, you can use Fongo app to have a temporary number and schedule call back to it.
