How do I get to talk to a person at Koodo? I have tried to schedule a callback but it says myi number is not associated with the account. So I can't schedule a callback. I want to pay my final bill but can't because Koodo will not accept the same credit card I have used for over a year. I used it just last September. I have tried calling the numbers on the website but I cannot call them from my current location. I can find no way to get to talk to a person. I cannot pay my bill at this time because Koodo will not let me.
