How do I get to talk to  a person at Koodo? I have tried to schedule a callback but it says myi number is not associated with the account. So  I can't schedule a callback. I want to pay my final bill but can't because Koodo will not accept the same credit card I have used for over a year. I used it just last September. I have tried calling the numbers on the website but I cannot call them from my current location. I can find no way to get to talk to a person. I cannot pay my bill at this time because Koodo will not let me.

Are you trying to pay online?  Are you able to call 611 to pay?

An alternative would be to pay via online banking

If you already canceled, dialing 611 will not work. 

Koodo doesn’t have a direct number to call though. If you would like to speak to a rep, you have to schedule a call back from Koodo. You have to schedule a new customer (not exsiting one) and schedule to a Canadian number only

Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer? regarding the credit card, is it a Canadian credit card?
