pay bill by credit card

For the third time, Koodo has refused to accept my US credit card. The first time it happened they said we have it fixed now. I happened again about 9 months later and they said we have it fixed now. Tonight I tried to pay my final bill and once again Koodo refused to accept my US card.  Apparently they don’t know how to fix it for more than a few months. It worked for my august and september bills.

Just to confirm, did you use the card to set up pre-authorized payment with Koodo, or do you pay it manually? 

I wonder if the issue happened because you canceled the service, the authorization is revoked.

Try making a one-time payment instead of setting up pre-authorized payments. If issues persist, it might be an issue with the credit card refusing the payment.
