Hi, I recently moved away and forgot to change my address on file which I believe is why my payments weren’t coming out. I fixed my account settings to set it to my new address, as well as paid the past due bill which was roughly just over $200. I just got my June bill, to be paid by July 5, but it still shows the past due amount + this months payment. Do I have to pay that extra $200 again? Or just pay the current month.

The invoice doesn’t reflect the actual payments. Does self serve indicate that you are all paid up? Then you won’t need to pay double :)

No, it hasn’t updated since I paid on June the 9th. I have my bank statement from KOODO MOBILE with a 6 digit word next to it, and the payment I made.


You paid on June the 9th by bank? In that case, it probably hasn’t reached Koodo yet. Credit card payments are usually almost instant. but bank payments take about 5 business days. I’m sure it will show soon!

I updated my payment address so it doesn’t charge me again for a late payment, then paid through Koodo Self Serve. But I’m relieved to know it takes 5 business days. Thanks for your help Sophia :)
