I need to speak to a representative for a past due account, I paid it last year but it’s still showing unpaid on my credit, how do I contact someone

We have been unable to identify an account based on your community profile.

If the account is already closed, you should still be able to schedule a call back with the virtual assist, so a rep can further look into it.

Have you tried using the keyword “Callback” and you are not given the option to schedule one?

Did you pay the past due account through Koodo or Collections?
