Hi, I recently moved to Koodo Mobile from Virgin Plus. And I have got my first bill, where I don't understand why I have partial charges on 2 temporary numbers. I had originally ordered only 1 line, but the representative, for some reason, couldn't complete the process on his first try. So he placed an order for the second line, which I had removed with the help of a second representative. Please look into this and issue credit.

The new amount will update within 3-5 minutes in the Self Serve account and you will be able to see the updated amount where you manually pay your invoice.
