Hi! I got the bill for this month and I do not understand why I got charged for the additional bill ( partial charge).

Since I tried to purchase additional data last month though it did not worked and I also got the message that my attempt was unsuccessful. 
 

I need an assistant please. Thank you.

The message above is about the shock free data. Can you post a snapshot of the conversation above it? did you agree to buy 500MB? After you bought it, have you checked your selfserve to see if the additional data was added?

 


From the text chain, it shows your bought the 500mb of data.  

The texting number is only for purchases so when you replied your internet is not working it did not know and it thought you were tying to buy even more data and hence the response that the  reply was not recognized.  However the first purchase still worked and went through (sometimes you need to restart your phone for the newly purchased data to work).
