Partial changes on my first bill

*Typo on the question title  - should be “partial charges”

 

I transferred to Koodo this month and just received my first bill. There is a partial charge

$60 20GB UL Can min SFD (4G Speed) (Sep 14 To Sep 21) - $16.00

on my bill. 

 

I beieve that I have paid this fee when I was opening my Koodo account in-person in a store, along with the SIM card fee. Am I being re-charegd? Or is this another possible fee?

Can you download the PDF bill and check the page 3 (or4) or it to see more detail. This link also help https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/charges-explained

Basically, your billing cycle wasn’t started right away. They charge you a few days before the new billing cycle started.

When did you activate your line in-store? Was it on September 14?

When you are opening account in store that is the connection fee for signing up.
