I have paid 247.22 CAD through RBC bank e transfer(RBC account number xxxxxxx to Koodo mobile xxxxxxxx on. Aug 7 ),but the it doesn’t show up in self serve account.

Are you paying through etransfer or online banking?  They are 2 different things

I paid by e transfer 


You are unable to send an etransfer to a business. Mind you the “pay bills” feature looks fairly identical to the etransfer page with some banks.
From the sounds of it, you sent Koodo the money by adding them as a payee in your bank account.

Payments made from your bank like this, take 3-5 business days to process.


Did you use the click2pay link in your bill?

Koodo mobile of my koodo account is on my payee list.

Then you paid it through online banking as Allan mentioned.  Your self serve will be updated within 3-5 business days.

Let us know if it didn't after 5 business days. We will flag a rep.
