Paid bill through TD bank app in 14 digit prepaid account number

I have done payment of $50 in my  14 digit prepaid account number from koodo. but its now 3 weeks still money neither reached to koodo account nor it transfer backed to my bank account? can any one please tell me what to do in this to get back my $50?

This method of payment is normally used for postpaid accounts.

For prepaid plans, you can either pay by credit or debit card, buy a top-up voucher, or get an instant top-up at select locations. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/topping-your-prepaid-account

I would suggest you to follow up with TD Bank to see if there is any way to reverse the transaction. Alternatively, you may want to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist to speak with a rep and see if they can credit you back. https://Koo.do/Chat
