over payment mix up

 I paid my bill twice in February because we were taking care of a family member out of town in March. My April bill shows extra charges I can’t trace because I can’t look at the previous months billing. What can be done to solve this?

Hi there,

if you pay extra on your Koodo account, the extra balance will be applied as a credit to the next bill and if there is anything extra, you would pay the difference. 

Can you elaborate on not being able to access the prev month bill? If you’re a postpaid customer, this should be available in your self serve and you can select the previous month. You can do this by following the steps below.

Hello ​@Teresa Monaghan From what we could verify, the 2 payments made in February were made for the January and February invoice. The first payment, at the beginning of February covered the January invoice and the 2’nd payment, made late February was made towards the February invoice but it did not cover the full amount of the invoice, leaving a small past due that was sent towards the March invoice.
