I was over charged foe easyroam on two of my grandchildren cell phones I was told it was 60.00 for each line I have email confirmation that it was added on Dec. 20, 2025while they went on vacation to Mexico. I have been over charged on both lines.

Easy Roam doesn’t work as a flat monthly add‑on, it’s a per‑day charge, per line, up to a monthly cap. Are you sure you’re talking about ER and not a travel add-on?
Here’s how ER is billed:
- Mexico uses Easy Roam International, which is $16 per day, per line, up to $350 per billing cycle.
- You’re charged on any day the phone connects to a foreign tower (calls, texts, data, or some background pings), even for a short time.
Are you sure it’s Easy Roam you’ve subscribed to?
When you check the email does it say that the charge was for Easy Roam's daily fee or was it for an Easy Roam Travel pass?
Easy Roam international is actually $18 Per day of use, not $16. This has recently increased. However, the Mexico travel pass is $60 for 7 days. For the travel pass, to be charged your grandchildren would have needed to text into Koodo to receive it. It would not be automatically charged like the daily rate.
