As for the $5 monthly bill credit, you will see it on the next 24 bills.
+4It seems you looked at the summary of the bill which was sometimes confusing. Could you download the PDF bill and check the page 3 and 4? normally those pages have more detail of the charge and credit (if any). You could also post those here (hide all personal information before posting please).
Thanks Dinh! Looking over it, it seems that my original line is in order but the second line is missing the $20 BF credit and the $5 credit for opening a new line.

Hoping you can help me too. ON Black Friday I took the deal for the 55$ - 20$ plan for 20Go, however it seems like the 20$ credit is missing from my December bills onward and I was charged $55 plus tax.
