Trying to look up a bill from 2 years ago but billing does not go back further than 18 months. Trying to find a important phone number I lost.

+4Their selfserve only provides access to bills up to last 18 months. If you would like to retrieve older bills, you will have to contact Koodo directly and ask a rep (hopefully they wouldn't charge you a fee for it).
