When I change my mobile plan to Koodo (Jan 29), the staff said she will send a gift card to me to cover the activation fee. But until now, I still not receiving anything. Where can I get help?

I dont remember hearing about this promotion.

Where did you sign up that they said this?


They setup a promotion counter in my building (5791 yonge street) on Jan 29 and 30. I joined Koodo at that time. 


Do you have any paper work that mentions the gift card?
