not able to connect the Koodo customer service to cancel my internet subscription. it is really frustrating. Connect the 18336656636. and they ahain connected me to cancelation department and nobody is pickingbyhe call. i waited here more than 1 hour. Any other way for this?
+4Koodo Assist for me recommends calling 1-855-350-1170 if you haven’t tried so already.
Due to the time of year things get a little busier so you indeed may have to wait a bit. Usually early mornings when they first open is the best time to call if you can.
