In my last bill I saw a NFS charges. I have always pay my bill before the due date then Why NFS charges in my bill. And also like to know how to reach at customer care to discuss for this.

NFS charges on your bill mean a payment was returned due to insufficient funds in your bank account, resulting in a $50 fee from Koodo. This can happen even if you usually pay on time if the bank withdrawal didn’t clear. NFS fees do not apply to pre-authorized credit card payments.
When you check your self serve, when does it say the last time you paid your bill was? Is this correctly reflected on your bank statement and is that date past the due date?
When you check your PDF bill in self serve, does it say a balance was missed? You can check this by following the steps below.
