New activation - Never received SIM card and charged for service that I can't use.

I got a winback offer from Telus/Koodo and was supposed to have a SIM card mailed to me about a week ago.  I have not received anything yet, and I was charged on my bill for service that I can’t use without a sim card.

How do I get a new sim card, or esim?  I want a free eSim as I never received one in the first place, and a credit on my bill for service that I could not use.

Can someone here help me with this, or do I have to email the CCTS or an exec escalation to resolve this?

Sorry to hear you didn’t get the sim yet!

Sim cards only activations are mailed via regular mail,  and the shipping can take 5 - 7 days usually.
