I have 2 extra lines added to my family’s plan- both exact same plan- both added the exact same day- no extra’s or other reasons at all for extra charges….One fine day Koodo charges $35 for the one (as planned) and $39 for the other… no explanation offered… no refunded credits given...nobody to even report it to….just this dead digital space...Good on ya Koodo !!!

When you check your PDF bill through self serve, does it seem like the cost of the plan increased? Or does it say that there is an additional charge for something else?
You can always check all of the details of charges given by koodo by checking the PDF bill. Steps to do this can be found in the link below

If you are referring to the line ending in *5, we see there was a notification for a price increase on the September 2024 bill, please download the PDF bill in self serve and check last page.
We also recommend checking the available plan options in self serve
