negative balance

If you’re showing a negative balance, it means that you have a credit. It’ll go against your balance owing for your next bill.

And does it come out on my billing date? Cause it was due yesterday but it still says due yesterday, I'm just trying not to pay late 

As long as you had  negative balance owing, it’s already been covered. It’s just going to keep the same formatting for simplicity of a bille due by date and amount due.

So should I be good then? And does my negative balance decrease when i get my new bill instead of on the due date ? 

From the description, you should be fine. You could always check your bill history and payment in the PDF bill. Check the page 3 of it. You will see if you have credit from previous month.

Another way to check detail balance of your account is to go self-serve » Your bill detail » Bill » account history .

It will be used against your balance owing. If you have -$20, for example, and your bill is normnally $40, then the $20 credit will apply to your next bill. The main page of your self-serve also gives you an up-to-date amount owing figure.

It’s pretty standard for a credit on the amount owing to be shown with a negative.

If you’re setup on automatic payment, it’ll make the payment for whatever is owed on the same day of your billing cycle that it normally does. If you make payments manually, you’ll have to make the adjusted amount once you get your next bill.

So even tho it still says it's due on the 24th and my negative balance isn't less yet, I shouldn't have anything to worry about? And I'm all good? I just wait and the credit will cover it on it's own soon? 

As we didn’t have access to your account to check, you can test by follow payment process in self-serve yourself. 

If the amount is negative, Koodo wouldn’t let you to pay at all.
