I need to reactivate my phone number, I don’t have any other phone number for a call back

Hey,

Need more info - is your account suspended or cancelled? Those are different situations.

If it’s suspended, you might just need to top up your balance or fix a payment method issue. For prepaid, try dialing *611 to pay instead of online if that’s giving you errors.

If it’s cancelled, you’ve got a 15-day window to reactivate through a rep, but you’ll need your old SIM card.

What’s your account type - prepaid or postpaid?

Can you provide more details? Are you postpaid or prepaid? Are you currently on a seasonal hold?

Did you transfer to another provider and are just looking to come back to Koodo? If so, how long has it been since you switched?
