If it has been 11 months the account would have long been suspended and went to collections.
Has anyone contacted you about the amount owing yet?
No, Koodo OWES his estate the money, its a balance not an amount owed. I finally spoke to a rep-hopefully it is going to be resolved. Thx
If the account was canceled, and the refund amount was greater than $5, the refund should go back to the card if pre-authorization was done or a cheque would have been sent to the mailing address
