Is your account payment past due?  How far is it past due?

A payment arrangement isn’t something handled through the community; that requires direct account access.

Your best bet is to log into Self Serve and check your account status. If you see a past-due balance or suspension notice, you’ll likely see options to set up a payment plan right there.

If Self Serve doesn’t show payment arrangement options, you’ll need to reach out directly through your account portal or contact Koodo’s billing team; they can work out a custom arrangement based on your situation.
