Need help with bill credits

My bill is missing the pre-authrized payments credits. 
Please suggest how can I get some help to have those credits applied to my mobile bill. I am a monthly mobile customer.

Hi ​@harpreet432, you added pre-authorized payments after your latest bill was issued. You should see the discount starting with your February bill.

Hi there,

To confirm are you referring to the auto pay credits and if so, do you have an applicable auto pay plan?

Besides that, when you setup for automatic payments, did you setup automatic payments through your bank account if this is the case and not a credit card?

Note you recently changed to this it can take until the next cycle for the credits to start taking effect.
