I have signed up for a plan on Koodo website hoping to port my number from Freedom to Koodo, on boxing day 12/26/2024, I have been charged for $10 on my credit card for the sim card delivery. Acct number ******74. 
I have received a confirmation email HFO39331213 which claimed that the new sim card (7429867550) will be delivered by Purolator. 
I haven't receive any delivery from Purolator and have been waiting, thinking it could be a delay due to New Year holiday. Since I don't have the new sim card to port my phone number, I am unable to register myself as a Koodo User on the website. 
On 1/23/2025, I have been charged with $32.77 for the monthly bill on my credit card, for the service that I have been unable to use. 
I have requested for a callback via Koodo Assist at 11am today. Waited for entire 30 mins. No one called. I checked again on Koodo Assist, it says "I couldn't find a callback with this phone number"
It has been a horrible experience. 
How can I cancel my contract with Koodo? 
How do I request for a refund of $10 (new sim card delivery) and the $32.77 for the plan service that I am unable to use?

You can also request a new sim card be sent to you, or visit a Koodo store to pick one up and then have it activated on your account.
