Need help but can't get connected

I have cancelled my Koodo account and I have an overdue bill that I need to make an arrangement for. I have been trying to figure out how to speak with someone but I can't find any way to contact Koodo. I have tried the virtual assistant, and no matter what I try it won't connect me to a rep and I can't schedule a call. I am running out of time to sort this out and I don't know what else to do.

If you are unable to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist, you can send a message to a rep on Facebook Messenger or Twitter. https://m.me/Koodo

What prompts have you tried? It should let you schedule a call pretty quickly.

Once clicking “Connect to a rep” in the Virtual Assistant, the chat window breaks. Ad blockers are disabled. Multiple browsers. The web interface should work. Facebook and Twitter are not contact options for everyone.

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies or by using an incognito tab? This sometimes helps. Otherwise it may just be that the chat bot is having issues atm.

@speasley You do have the option of creating a “shell” account of FB or Twitter just for the purposes of reaching out to support. I’m really surprised to see Koodo Assist not working for you as it is working for me atm. Is this something that we can help with on here potentially? What do you need help with? You did mention trying multiple browsers, but did you also try clearing caches and private/incognito tabs of your browsers of choice?
