My VISA card does not work

Hello, I bought my SIM card and have tried to activate it several times but it does not work. 

When I use my card at the payment page. the red message comes up. - ”We were not able to process your payment. Make sure all information is correct or try again with a different credit card.”.

This is RBC card in Canada, so it’s not a international card. 

Please help me.

Hi there,

does the address and postal code associated with the card match what you’re trying to use for the account? If they don’t, the system tends to reject the payment. I’d make sure this is correct and match.

If they match, have you tried clearing your cache and cookies, using a different browser, or using a different device for the activation?

Try incognito/private mode or a different browser entirely. Disable any VPN if on. Double-check the billing address matches exactly what’s on file with RBC (including format). RBC sometimes blocks online payments; log into your RBC account online or app, check for any payment alerts/flags, and approve the transaction if pending. Test the card on another site to confirm it works. If still stuck, contact RBC to verify no fraud holds. Visa debit works too if you have one. Hang in there!

Is this for a postpaid or prepaid account?

How are you trying to activate?  Is this a esim or physical sim?
