My service was put on hold and now i want the service back

My phone was locked for a little time so I had the service on hold. Now I want the service back and need. I owe a small amount on my bill but its not due until the 9th  of Feb.

Eh, when you mentioned your service was put on hold, were you on a seasonal hold plan? Or was your bill overdue, and Koodo suspended your services?

Assuming this is related to a past due bill, you can dial #227 and speak with the billing department to make a payment arrangement and restore your service.

No I had asked for the account on hold till i fixed my phone and I did. The service worked for a couple of days after i fixed it which i didn't understand because i had asked for the hold over a week ago. My bill is not due until the 9th of Feb. I am not sure if you people know what you are doing here or your system has some bugs in it.
