My phone plan was cancelled is there any way to reinstate it now?  I really need to keep the same number

Hi there,

How long has it been since you cancelled? and was the account prepaid or postpaid?

If postpaid, you have up to 90 days to re-activate the account by scheduling a callback with a rep. If it has been longer than that, then no.

For prepaid, if the account hasn’t been paid and has been suspended past 90 days, the account is closed, and you cannot retrieve the number. If it has not been 90 days since it was suspended, you can top up and re-activate the account.
