My old network service provider still charging me😤

My service with Koodo started for over three months, my old service provider still charging me. Please call me back to resolve this as soon as possible!!!

Hey! If your old provider is still charging you, it probably means your number wasn’t fully transferred, or your old account wasn’t officially cancelled. 

Quick tip: When you switch to Koodo and bring your number, you need to reply "YES" to a text from your old SIM or eSIM to confirm the transfer. If you missed this, your old account stays active and keeps billing you.

Can you check if you replied to that confirmation text when you joined Koodo? Also, did you set up your number transfer in Koodo’s Self Serve?

If you did all that and your old provider still charges you, you’ll need to contact them directly and ask them to close your account.
