I had set the automatic payment after last bill circled . But I don’t receive $10 off on this month bill. I’m choosing ‘ other methods of payment ‘ and pay by credit card. Is this way don’t to consider as auto pay? Or I have to pay by my checking account?

If the plan is applicable for an autopay discount then you have set it up using your bank account, not using a credit card. This would be why you did not receive the discount.
If you have an eligible plan and have set it up, it will start on the next billing cycle. More information can be found below.

If you click on the next item on the link "which payment type are eligible for the auto-pay discount" you will find the answer. Unless there is a condition that you can receive discount by credit card (not available with current plans) you wouldn't receive any discount with credit card pre-authorized payment.
